By the end of September 2026, the J-Tower 3 condominium project had sold about 90% of its units. This shows strong support from both local and international customers, according to a marketing representative for the project.
Ms. Pha Veasna, a sales representative for J-Tower, said the project attracts both local and foreign buyers because it offers many great benefits.
She explained that buying a unit at J-Tower 3 gives customers more than just a room—it provides a high quality of life for the long term. Residents can use many building facilities and services, such as a swimming pool, gym, workspace, kids’ play area, golf simulator, bowling alley, karaoke room, nurse station, and more.
She added that the developer wants buyers to get a long-lasting, high-quality living environment rather than just a piece of property. On top of that, residents get to live in Cambodia’s tallest building. Most importantly, J-Tower 3 is developed by a Japanese firm. Japanese developments are well known for focusing heavily on quality, safety, and good management to build strong trust with buyers.
Mr. Po Eavkong, CEO of Advance Real Estate, also expressed confidence in Japanese investors, calling them highly responsible. They always keep their promises. Because of this, Japanese projects usually win strong support and succeed. Even if a project faces difficulties, Japanese developers follow local laws and never abandon their projects or employees.
In recent years, more and more Cambodians have turned toward condo living. Local buyers are now purchasing condos for both living and investment—a big shift from over 10 years ago, when most condo buyers were foreigners.
Mr. Khorn Kongkea, a condo market expert and CEO of ERA Cambodia, noted that the market is currently split into three main types. Affordable condos mainly target local Cambodian buyers, mid-range condos attract both local and foreign buyers, and high-end condos mainly target foreign buyers.
