Are all properties on the website currently available? If not, why?
It is common in the real estate market—not only on our website—that some listed properties may no longer be available. With over 8,200 active listings, it is not possible to reconfirm availability with every landlord or apartment owner on a daily basis.
In many buildings, there are multiple units with similar layouts. Even if one unit has been rented, another with the same design may still be available, or a unit may become available soon due to a contract ending or an unexpected termination.
For this reason, we kindly ask clients to confirm availability with our sales team first before making plans. Our team will check the latest status and suggest the best matching options for you.
