Short-Stay Apartments – Booking & Payment FAQ
❓ When do I need to pay?
Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. Reservations without payment are not guaranteed.
❓ What happens if I cancel my booking?
- More than 7 days before check-in → Full refund
- 3–7 days before check-in → 50% charge
- Less than 72 hours → No refund
❓ What is a no-show?
A no-show means the guest does not arrive on the check-in date without informing us in advance. In this case, the booking is non-refundable.
❓ Can I get a refund if I check out early?
No. Early check-out for personal reasons is non-refundable, and the full booking amount applies.
❓ Are there any exceptions?
Yes. Serious medical emergencies, accidents, or force majeure events may be reviewed if supporting documents are provided. Any refund or rescheduling is at CAM Realty’s discretion.
❓ How long does a refund take?
- Local payments: 7–10 business days
- International cards / AliPay / WeChat Pay: 10–15 business days.
Processing time depends on banks and payment providers.
❓ Are transaction fees refundable?
No. Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
